As an Associate Program Manager in the Business Operations Launch Program Management team, you will drive strategic initiatives across divisions by creating clarity out of chaos. You will leverage your attention to detail, multitasking ability, and critical thinking to manage complex projects, foster stakeholder relationships, and communicate effectively with leaders at all levels.
You will manage a diverse portfolio of work, including Monetization and Subscriber Growth, Content, Marketing, Data, and Legal programs. Committed to the principle of "just enough" process rigor, you will ensure transparency in program progress, risks, and dependencies.
You will collaborate closely with the Disney Entertainment group, including teams across Product + Technology, Content, Marketing, and various international business units. Under the guidance of LPMO program leaders, you will coordinate the delivery of work segments across multiple functional workstreams, divisions, and launch initiatives.
Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, another business/tech field, or equivalent work experience.
The hiring range for this position in New York, NY is $112,000.00 to $150,100.00 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
