Northwell Health seeks a Board Certified/Board Eligible Family Medicine Physician for the role of Associate Program Director at their Family Medicine Residency Program in Riverhead, NY. This role involves significant responsibilities in managing the program's educational curriculum, supervising trainees, and adhering to accreditation standards in a leading healthcare facility.
Northwell Health is excited to welcome Board Certified/Board Eligible Family Medicine Physicians to join our team as an Associate Program Director at the Family Medicine Residency Program at Peconic Bay Medical Center in Riverhead, NY.
Among other responsibilities, the Associate Program Director will play a key role in shaping the educational curriculum, working closely with the Program Director and assisting in the day-to-day management of the program. They will ensure the program follows all regulations of the Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education, providing a fertile ground for professional growth and development.
Other key responsibilities include supervising residents and trainees, including medical students, caring for patients, coordinating subspecialty rotations, and overseeing faculty participation in the outpatient curriculum. The Associate Program Director will also serve on hospital committees and perform other medical staff and administrative functions as required.

Full-time clinical base compensation at Northwell Health ranges from $125K to $750K, influenced by factors such as specialty, experience, academic achievements, patient care quality, and productivity. This range is an estimate at the time of posting and may be adjusted in the future.
