Job summary

The University of Notre Dame invites applications for an on-campus Associate Program Director for ACE and ALMA. You will oversee flagship initiatives, including the LEAD Program, ENL Hernandez Fellows, and Dual Language & ECLIP initiatives.

We seek a leader with 5–6 years in educational program administration, strong English/Spanish bilingual skills, and experience in curriculum design, events, and accreditation support.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree or relevant advanced post-baccalaureate certification preferred.
  • 5-6 years of progressive experience in educational program administration, curriculum/professional development, or a related field (preferred).

Responsibilities

  • Lead operational programs and create world-class experiences for educators and school leaders.
  • Direct program budgets and coordinate with university offices, diocesan leaders, and partner schools.
  • Elevate program visibility through brand strategy across digital platforms and campaigns.
  • Recruit admissions strategies and manage cohort growth from application through graduation.
  • Plan and execute vibrant summer residencies, fall retreats, monthly learning modules, and national conferences.
  • Track impact and publish annual impact reports.
  • Lead data collection for licensure, assessment, and compliance to drive program excellence.

Are you a dynamic leader passionate about empowering educators and transforming Catholic schools? The Alliance for Catholic Education (ACE) and ALMA are seeking an Associate Program Director to drive our highest-impact programs.

In this pivotal on-campus role, you will be the operational powerhouse behind our flagship initiatives - including the LEAD Program, the ENL Hernandez Fellows Program and Dual Language & ECLIP Initiatives. Strategic Operations & Program Leadership
  • Program Engine: Serve as the primary operational lead, creating world-class experiences for educators and school leaders.
  • Financial & Stakeholder Management: Direct program budgets and collaborate with university offices, diocesan leaders, and national partner schools.
  • Brand Strategy: Elevate program visibility across digital platforms, web media, and strategic marketing campaigns.
LEAD Program & Fellow Support
  • Recruitment & Cohort Growth: Spearhead admissions strategies and participant engagement from application through graduation.
  • Event & Experience Design: Plan and execute vibrant summer residencies, fall retreats, monthly learning modules, and national conferences.
  • Impact Tracking: Collect key metrics and publish inspiring annual impact reports.
Hernandez Fellows Program & Accreditation
  • Academic Care: Support cohort wellbeing, foster community, and manage tuition/scholarship systems.
  • Accreditation Vanguard: Lead data collection for licensure, assessment, and compliance to drive program excellence and reporting.
Dual Language & ECLIP Innovation
  • Creative Resource Development: Review literature, design bilingual teaching tools, produce read-aloud media, and curate resources using platforms like Canva.
  • Curriculum & Logistics: Direct the distribution of ECLIP book collections and oversee Spanish translation efforts for partner schools.
Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree or relevant advanced post-baccalaureate certification preferred.

Experience: 5-6 years of progressive experience in educational program administration, curriculum/professional development, or a related field (preferred).

  • Bilingual Proficiency (English / Spanish): Full professional fluency in English and Spanish, with demonstrated ability to accurately translate educational standards, program resources, course materials, and administrative communications in both directions.
  • Educational Content & Professional Learning: Strong background in education with a proven track record of contributing to the design, development, and delivery of high-quality professional learning modules and instructional content.
  • Program Management: Demonstrated expertise in leading end-to-end program lifecycles, setting benchmarks, and managing operational workflows.
  • Recruitment & Enrollment Management: Skilled in designing and executing targeted recruitment strategies and overseeing efficient enrollment processes.
  • Event & Conference Planning: Hands-on experience directing logistics, scheduling, and execution for large-scale events, workshops, and academic conferences.
  • Marketing & Strategic Communications: Ability to develop compelling promotional strategies, communications, and collateral to drive engagement and programmatic visibility.
  • Data Collection & Analytics: Proficient in gathering, analyzing, and reporting performance data to inform decision-making and continuous program improvement.
  • Accreditation & Compliance Support: Knowledgeable in maintaining educational standards, supporting accreditation processes, and ensuring regulatory compliance.
  • Stakeholder Engagement & Relationship Building: Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build and sustain collaborative relationships across internal teams, external partners, and community members.
