This Associate Program Accountant position advances the mission of Lifesong through reviewing, analyzing, and consolidating monthly financial reports from multiple international nonprofit Ministry Partner locations, and monitoring their financial reporting processes and accuracy on financial policy compliance and nonprofit accounting standards.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
1 – 3 years of accounting or financial reporting experience, preferably in a nonprofit or international organization.
Experience reviewing financial statements and performing variance analysis.
Familiarity with nonprofit accounting principles and fund accounting preferred.
Experience working with international teams or multi‑location organizations is a plus.
