• Proven excellence in teaching, scholarship, creative activity, and/or professional practice at associate professor level.
• Commitment to student-centered learning, workforce preparation, and experiential education.

• Teach three undergraduate courses annually (2/1 load).
• Provide strategic vision, administration, and mentorship for Jaguar Student Media Network (JSMN).
• Lead student media operations and contribute to experiential learning.
