UT MD Anderson Cancer Center in Houston, TX is recruiting a full-time Associate Professor, Clinical Faculty Appointment to lead the Neural Solid Tumor Team. The role focuses on interdisciplinary pediatric Neurofibromatosis care, teaching, and collaborative research.

Ideal candidates will be board-eligible or -certified in pediatric hematology/oncology or medical oncology, hold an MD/DO, and be licensed in Texas or eligible.

Qualifications

• MD/DO degree from an accredited medical school.
• Completion of pediatrics residency.
• Board Eligible or Board Certified in Pediatric Hematology/Oncology or Medical Oncology by the ABP.
• Texas medical license or eligible to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Deliver clinical care for infants, children, and adolescents with neural solid tumors and NF1-related conditions.
• Provide lectures and bedside teaching to fellows, residents, and students.
• Collaborate with the department's research program to advance scholarly work.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, staff, and other faculty.
