Job summary

A leading health system in Boca Raton is seeking an Associate Professor of Clinical - Dermatology and Cutaneous Surgery. The ideal candidate will provide high quality care for dermatology patients, mentor residents, and contribute to clinical research. Candidates must hold an MD degree, have a valid Florida medical license, and be board-certified or board-eligible in Dermatology. Full-time faculty position available.

Responsibilities

  • Treatment and prevention of general dermatology.
  • Provide high quality medical care to patients.
  • Conduct examinations and prescribe treatments.
  • Train and mentor residents and fellows.
  • Present at teaching conferences.
  • Obtain data for clinical research applications.
  • Provide telehealth service for cruise lines.
  • Oversee mid-level medical staff.

Skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work efficiently and independently
Experience with multidisciplinary teams

Education

MD Degree
Board-certified or board-eligible in Dermatology
Valid Florida medical license
Valid DEA license
BLS/ACLS certification
