Qualifications

PhD in psychology, public policy, urban planning, or a closely related discipline.
Strong independent research program and potential for external funding.
Expertise in behavior change, decision science, behavioral science, policy, or related area.
Commitment to teaching and mentoring; service to UCI and academic profession.

Responsibilities

Advance research on behavior change, decision science, and policy; translate insights into interventions and policy solutions.
Teach undergraduate and graduate courses in Psychology and UPPP.
Mentor students across disciplinary boundaries and foster interdisciplinary collaborations.
Work toward external funding and scholarly dissemination across psychology and public policy.
