The Department of Dermatology at the University of Minnesota Medical School seeks an outstanding physician-scientist to join our academic dermatology program as an Academic Track Professor. This role combines clinical service and research, with 0.5 FTE clinical and 0.5 FTE research. The faculty member will provide excellent patient care, train trainees, and conduct innovative research to advance dermatologic disease understanding and treatment.
Research focus includes overseeing development and completion of projects, writing grant proposals to secure independent funding, and preparing manuscripts for publication.

Pay Range: This role is jointly employed by the University of Minnesota and University of Minnesota Physicians. Salary at the University of Minnesota depends on academic effort, starting at $300,000. Clinical salary is paid through University of Minnesota Physicians. Total compensation ranges around $375,000, competitive with market and based on AAMC salary benchmarks.
