Position Summary

The Associate Production Supervisor oversees and coordinates manufacturing activities, promoting continuous improvement via lean principles and fostering a culture of idea sharing and implementation.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and evaluate department status; develop solutions and communicate needs.
• Create daily staffing plans to optimize workflow.
• Review and ensure achievement of production goals.

Compensation and Benefits

Starting salary: $65,000 - $75,000, with shift differential and profit-sharing. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, life, disability, paid holidays, vacation, 401(k), and employee stock ownership plan.
