Job summary

Celltrion Branchburg, LLC is seeking an Associate - Production Planner to manage process orders and batch records, and to provide frontline support for timely batch submissions. You will train staff on Veeva usage, handle documentation, and act as SME for the Veeva system in a production environment.

The role requires collaboration with manufacturing, warehouse, and finance, strict safety adherence, and potential hybrid work flexibility. 1–4 years in FDA/ISO manufacturing is expected.

Qualifications

• 1-4 years’ experience in FDA/ISO industry, working in commercial, clinical manufacturing environment.
• Functional expertise in SAP, Veeva, TrackWise, and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Request the relevant batch records to document control for manufacturing execution.
• Effectively manage and maintain process orders creation, conversions and releases by adhering to production schedule and cross functional teamwork across different teams.
• Establish effective communication and collaborate with manufacturing, warehouse, operations planning and finance to resolve bottlenecks.
• Monitor, account and report on any non-routine material usages in SAP.
• Check material availability to confirm all required materials are released and available for manufacturing execution.
• Perform recording of raw materials, components, excipients, and quantities used during manufacturing in the ERP system.

Position Brand Description

This production scheduler and manufacturing document support role is responsible for managing process orders/batch records on daily basis and provide front line support to ensure timely batch records availability and submission. This role is responsible to facilitate and administer documentation for manufacturing personnel on an as needed basis, provide OJT/ILT training, running documentation forums at the site, and to function as SME of Veeva system.

Manage for Results /Strategic Planning

• Request the relevant batch records to document control for manufacturing execution
• Effectively manage and maintain process orders creation, conversions and releases by adhering to production schedule and cross functional teamwork across different teams
• Establish effective communication and collaborate with manufacturing, warehouse, operations planning and finance to resolve any bottlenecks
• Monitor, account and report on any non-routine material usages in SAP
• Check material availability to confirm all required materials (Raw materials, BOMs and non-BOMs are released and available for manufacturing execution
• Perform the recording of raw materials, components, excipients, and respective quantities used during the manufacturing process in the ERP system
• Ensures all process orders and inventory movements are accurately accounted for and closed out in ERP and MES system prior to month end
• Identify and resolve exceptions, such as material shortage, with purchasing/manufacturing and/or scheduling conflicts
• Update relevant procedures in the approved document system to formalize best practices by streamline steps and reduce/eliminate waste
• Track performance to schedule, which allows for manufacturing output to align with customer demand
• Strict adherence to all company safety policies including the use of PPE where required

Basic Requirements

• 1-4 years’ experience in FDA/ISO industry, working in commercial, clinical manufacturing environment.
• Functional expertise within some and/or all following areas: SAP, Veeva, Track Wise, Microsoft Office.
• Good analytical skills to deal with unexpected issues.
• Extreme accuracy and attention to detail is necessary.
• Ability to work independently and be able to prioritize work on multiple concurrent project initiatives is necessary.
• Must be a team player, self-motivated and collaborate ideas and solutions effectively with management and colleagues.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for this position.

Education Requirements

• High School Diploma required, and bachelor’s degree preferred.

This role is exempt and the anticipated compensation for this role is $64,500 - $107,500.

This is a banded role, and candidates will be placed within the range based on experience, skills, internal equity, and market considerations.
