Responsibilities:

1. Assemble Sycool units and non-foam panel door and jamb assemblies according to established processes.
2. Perform final assembly of foam panel doors, including installing door handles and hinges.
3. Handle materials safely and effectively.
4. Maintain inventory control, ensuring Kanban levels are upheld.
5. Follow Munters Quality System and submit Quality Assurance In-Process Check Sheets.
6. Observe and enforce all safety regulations.

Additional Duties:

1. Assist with any factory operations needed to maintain workflow, meet schedules, and ensure quality.
2. Keep work areas clean and organized, adhering to safety standards.
3. Participate in meetings and work groups for training, communication, and problem-solving.
4. Perform other duties as assigned.

Tools and Equipment:

Use hand tools, power tools, assembly fixtures, vacuum lifters, cranes, and forklifts.
