Job summary

Banner Engineering seeks an Associate Product Regulatory Compliance Engineer in Plymouth, MN to perform hands-on product testing and regulatory compliance activities. The role emphasizes lab evaluation, documentation, and cross-functional coordination with engineering teams and external test labs.

You will plan and execute compliance tests, analyze results, and support new product development from concept through production release, building expertise in product safety and regulatory standards

Qualifications

• Associate degree in a technical field; 1–3 years in engineering/testing environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication; attention to detail.
• Experience with regulatory compliance, product testing, and lab work.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with program teams and Sr. Regulatory staff.
• Perform product testing to support regulatory and safety standards.
• Develop and execute test plans, procedures, and validation protocols.
• Operate and maintain lab equipment and fixtures.
• Document test data and produce technical reports.
• Coordinate with third-party labs for certification activities.
• Maintain regulatory files and certification documentation.
• Assist in researching evolving regulatory standards.
• Support internal audits and supplier evaluations.
