As a Kiewit Technology Group (KTG) Project Manager/Scrum Master, you will be responsible for the management of projects and coordination with peers to achieve program level success. While some of the work for this team is conducted in a waterfall manner, the volume of work in the space necessitates the use of Agile values and principles within the project teams to ensure proper prioritization and execution of work. The role facilitates a variety of meetings, workshops, and ceremonies in support of all types of work for the team. Additionally, they are responsible for the accurate and timely upkeep of data related to the team’s performance including project schedules, resource plans, and risks/issues and financial summaries that define and report progress toward cost savings and program success. The Project Manager fosters the team’s self‑organization and does anything possible to help the team realize the goals of their product roadmap and perform at the highest level.
