Job summary

Fanatics Collectibles in New York City is seeking an Associate Product Manager to join our dynamic Product Development team. The APM, Quick Strike will report to the Product Manager, Quick Strike and support a portfolio of trading card brands across Sports and Entertainment with a focus on speed-to-market and new IP.

The role requires a hands-on attitude, 2–3 years in product development, a strong eye for detail, and solid copywriting, editorial, and QC skills.

Qualifications

2–3 years of experience in product development or related field.
Passion for sports, culture, trading cards, and collectibles.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required; MS Office proficiency expected.

Responsibilities

Assist Product Manager in managing a portfolio of trading card products across sports and entertainment IP with an emphasis on speed to market and new IP.
Assist Product Manager in developing the yearly product release calendar, creating product descriptions, and ensure deadlines are met.
Manage subject lists and budgets to maximize quality of product content.
Assist in editorial responsibilities including copywriting and photography selection.
Partner with creative department to assist in the review and approval of designs for each brand.
Oversee and liaise with licensors to implement a smooth approvals process for the projects that you are working on
Work across departments to ensure timeliness and quality of product deliverables to ensure best in market product is released.
Work with Product Manager to create go-to-market strategy for key releases
