Rhino + Jetty, a leading rental housing platform in the United States, is hiring an Associate Product Manager to support ongoing and new product development. You will help shape product strategy, drive roadmaps, and collaborate with engineers, designers, and go‑to‑market teams to launch features.

The role calls for 3–5 years of relevant experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and a proactive, ownership‑driven mindset.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in product strategy, product management, operations, or consulting.
• Data‑driven approach to tackle vague, complex problems.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
• Strong ownership and drive to execute initiatives with minimal supervision.
• Knowledge of web development platforms, databases and infrastructure.
• Experience with third‑party software integrations a plus.
• SQL skills are a plus.
• Experience with two‑sided marketplaces a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support product strategy development, roadmap planning, and launches from ideation to execution.
• Serve as a subject matter expert and align stakeholders’ priorities.
• Oversee day-to-day project management for specific products under development.
• Collaborate with PMs, engineers, designers, and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of features.
• Partner with go‑to‑market and client‑facing teams to identify value‑add opportunities.
• Analyze product data to derive insights for prioritization and post‑release optimization.
• Foster cross‑functional cooperation to improve process efficiency.
