BD is one of the largest global medical technology companies in the world. Advancing the world of health is our Purpose, and it’s no small feat. It takes the imagination and passion of all of us—from design and engineering to the manufacturing and marketing of our billions of MedTech products per year—to look at the impossible and find transformative solutions that turn dreams into possibilities.

We believe that the human element, across our global teams, is what allows us to continually evolve. Join us and discover an environment in which you’ll be supported to learn, grow and become your best self. Become a maker of possible with us.

Primary responsibilities:

  1. Function as a subject matter expert for core teams, sales, and regions.
  2. Develop and implement marketing plans aligned with business strategic goals and objectives.
  3. Create promotional campaigns to increase brand awareness and generate interest among potential customers.
  4. Conduct market research, as needed, to inform assessment of global market opportunities, product concepts, design iterations, and clinical and economic value propositions.
  5. Utilize data analytics to formulate and adapt key commercial strategies.
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Sales, R&D, Regulatory Affairs, and Supply Chain to align product strategies across all aspects of the organization.
  7. Analyze customer feedback and data on product usage to identify areas for improvement and growth.
  8. Build out global launch and commercialization plans to support downstream launch excellence.

About You:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or relevant field; Master’s degree preferred.
  2. Minimum of 3 years proven experience in engineering or product management, or a related discipline; candidates will preferably have experience in medical device or pharmaceutical industries.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships internally and externally.
  4. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

At BD, we prioritize on-site collaboration because we believe it fosters creativity, innovation, and effective problem-solving, which are essential in the fast-paced healthcare industry. For most roles, we require a minimum of 4 days of in-office presence per week to maintain our culture of excellence and ensure smooth operations, while also recognizing the importance of flexibility and work-life balance. Remote or field-based positions will have different workplace arrangements which will be indicated in the job posting.
