Job summary

Ascentek is seeking an Associate Product Manager to drive product strategies across lubricants and fluids, influencing pricing, lifecycle, and go-to-market activities. You will analyze account performance, costings, and profitability while coordinating with Sales, Supply Chain, and Marketing to maximize revenue.

The role requires a 4-year degree in marketing or product management and 3–5+ years of related experience, with ERP familiarity and MS Office proficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, product management or related field.
• 3–5+ years of product management experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain knowledge across lubricants/fluids and related segments; build and maintain customer relationships.
• Analyze KPIs, pricing, margins, and on-time delivery; support lifecycle management.
• Own business cases for new product opportunities and drive cross-functional collaboration (Sales, Supply Chain, Marketing).
• Travel up to 5% to customer and industry events; lead enterprise-level projects as needed.
