Ascentek seeks an Associate Product Manager to drive product strategies for lubricants, fluids, and services across customer segments. You will analyze account performance, pricing and lifecycle management to maximize revenue and profitability, with opportunities to lead cross-functional projects.

The role requires 3–5+ years of experience in product/project management, a 4-year degree in Marketing/Product Management, and proficiency with ERP systems.

Qualifications

• ,4-year degree with a focus in marketing, product management or related field.
• 3-5+ years related job experience; emphasis in project/product management a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel intermediate), Word and PowerPoint.
• Experience with ERP systems preferred.

Responsabilités

• Maintains knowledge within lubricants/fluids, equipment/hard parts and/or services area for assigned segments.
• Builds/maintains key customer relationships and investigates new opportunities.
• Analyzes KPIs including margin targets and on-time ship goals; manages pricing and profitability.
• Supports projects like new fluid development, product marketing, training and category management.
• Builds and owns business cases for new product opportunities based on market/customer intel.
• Works cross-functionally with Sales, Supply Chain and Marketing to manage product lifecycle and objectives.
• Proposes improvements and leads enterprise-level projects within Product Management.
• Travel up to 5% to customer and industry events.
