Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, sales support, inventory planning, or distribution preferred.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales and inventory data.
• Excellent organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems (JDE, SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) a plus.

Responsibilities

• Monitor open purchase orders, track vendor ETAs, and communicate status updates to internal sales teams.
• Analyze product sales trends, inventory levels, and run rates to support demand forecasting and inventory planning.
• Review and release sales order holds in accordance with Product Manager guidelines.
• Provide timely support to sales representatives regarding product availability, pricing, promotions, and product inquiries.
• Collaborate with manufacturers and vendors to obtain product availability, lead times, pricing updates, and shipment information.
