Chentronics, LLC seeks an Associate Product Manager to lead lifecycle management, market intelligence, customer insights, and new product commercialization for Ignition and Flame Safety Systems in industrial markets. The role bridges customers, markets, engineering, operations, and leadership to identify growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, or related technical field or equivalent experience.
• Experience with industrial combustion, ignition, flame detection, burner systems, or related technologies.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives across Engineering, Operations, Procurement, Sales, and Marketing.
• Experience translating customer requirements into product plans, business cases, or priorities.
• Experience presenting technical and commercial information to customers and leaders.
• Experience analyzing market, customer, competitive, or product data to identify opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities to improve product performance, reduce costs, and grow portfolio value.
• Lead product lifecycle management including portfolio optimization and obsolescence management.
• Coordinate New Product Introduction initiatives across cross-functional teams.
• Translate VOC insights into product requirements and business cases.
• Conduct market research and industry analysis to assess size, needs, and trends.
• Develop differentiated value propositions and commercial positioning strategies.
• Drive cost reduction initiatives in partnership with Engineering, Operations, and Procurement.
• Monitor adjacent markets for value opportunities and expand application expertise.
• Align product strategy with customer needs and business goals with Sales, Marketing, and Support teams.
• Support commercialization and market development through engagements, presentations, and events. Travel up to 25%.
