Job description

The Associate Product Manager (PM Support) role is an integral part of the Product Management team, reporting directly to the Head of Product Management, BioAnalytics. Your responsibilities will include managing data within business systems like SAP and Asana, developing strategic reports, and maintaining product-related data and pricing structures. The role acts as a coordinator and problem-solver to support product management initiatives from ideation to implementation.

Hybrid role - Office 1-3 days per week in our Ann Arbor, MI, or Fremont, CA facility
What You Will Accomplish Together With Us:
  1. Serve as the primary point of contact for product management regarding data in systems like SAP and Asana, creating, updating, and managing product-related data and pricing structures, and developing reports for strategic decision-making.
  2. Diagnose and resolve product-related issues swiftly, and support product management initiatives from ideation to implementation.
  3. Analyze current processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement, implement best practices to optimize efficiency, and support the preparation of market and competitor analyses to inform product strategy.
  4. Coordinate projects and marketing activities with various departments to ensure alignment and successful execution, including creating materials for product launches and marketing events.
What Will Convince Us:
  • Bachelor's degree in science or related field
  • 1+ year(s) in product enablement, project management, product management, or a related role
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills with a track record of identifying issues and implementing solutions.
  • Strong project management skills, including planning, task coordination, and progress tracking. Familiarity with online collaboration tools, such as Miro, to run workshops.
  • Proficiency in ERP and CRM tools (SAP, Accolade) for managing business operations.
