Delta Faucet Company is seeking an Associate Product Manager to support growth across Bathing, Garbage Disposals, and Water Filtration. You will help develop category plans, manage portfolios, and drive new product commercialization across E-Commerce, Retail and Trade channels.

This role reports to the Senior Director, Product Strategy, Insights & Planning and works with Sales, Development, Supply Chain, Marketing and Finance.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in Product Management or related commercial role.
• Experience with consumer products through lifecycle stages.
• Strong analytical, financial, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication, organization, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and business analytics tools.
• Ability to travel within United States and internationally.
