Job summary

ASSA ABLOY Group is seeking an Associate Product Manager in Berlin, CT to shape electronic access control and locking solutions. You will translate user needs into product and platform requirements, supporting software and hardware initiatives from concept through launch.

You’ll collaborate across the Access and Egress Hardware Group to ensure compelling product launches, pricing, and customer-facing content while adapting to evolving features and field feedback.

Qualifications

• 1-5 years product management, engineering, marketing, or equivalent experience.
• Energetic team player with passion for completion of projects and tasks.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Prepare for, lead, take notes, and follow up on assigned meetings.
• High Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook).
• Ability to influence and work through cross-functional teams without formal authority.
• Travel required for this role is up to 20%, primarily domestic.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Sales, Engineering, Marketing, and Customer Service to create and maintain high-impact technical marketing materials for our electronic access control and electronic locking portfolio.
• Create and maintain customer-facing product information including feature/benefit language and configuration guidance.
• Support product education by delivering digital training and enablement content for sales and customer support references.
