Job summary

IXL Learning is seeking an Associate Product Manager for the Rosetta Stone team in San Mateo, CA. The role combines product discovery, collaboration with engineering and design, and end-to-end feature delivery to boost learner engagement and onboarding.

You will help shape the product roadmap, work with Sales and Finance on new integrations, and thrive in a fast-paced, lean environment with a strong focus on user experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in STEM or related field.
• 1–3 years of product management experience, preferably in EdTech or Enterprise SaaS.
• Effective communication and collaboration with Engineering, Design, and QA teams.
• Passion for crafting and communicating product vision across the organization.
• Proficiency in wireframing product concepts to communicate ideas and iterate efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Discover, define, and deliver a wide range of product features across learner motivation and onboarding flows.
• Collaborate with teams to determine developments with the greatest impact and drive to completion.
• Design simple, robust solutions addressing customer needs and aligning with business strategy.
• Work with design, engineering, and QA throughout the end-to-end product development process.
• Provide updates and contribute to the product vision and roadmap.
