Job summary

Northern Trust is seeking an Associate Product Manager to help execute the product umbrella strategy under the Lead Product Manager, Head of Product Management, and Product Executive. You will participate in the Product Management Lifecycle, define target client segments, analyze industry trends, and support launches and post-launch assessments.

You will also maintain product materials, manage inventories, and contribute to risk analyses.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in constructing and delivering presentations for internal/external stakeholders.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, partners and cross-functional teams.
• Excellent organizational skills to support goals and resource planning.
• Experience with program or project management is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Support discovery and planning for new products.
• Assist in product requirements and forecasting.
• Collaborate across functions to improve efficiency and roadmap delivery.
• Contribute to risk analyses for new product introductions.
• Provide sales support through RFP responses and client pitches.
• Monitor metric performance and align regional rate cards.
