Amex Digital Labs is responsible for catalyzing innovation at American Express by originating, incubating, and managing products and platforms that are essential to our customers’ lives. We are a fast-paced team that leverages emerging technologies to develop digital payment and financial services products, customer servicing solutions, and engaging membership experiences. We often collaborate with top technology companies and strategic partners to bring products to market.
We are looking for an Associate Product Manager to lead operations for Amex’s Peer-to-Peer (P2P) payment product, Send & Split. We launched Send & Split for U.S. consumer Card Members, which allows them to seamlessly send money and split Card purchases with any Venmo and PayPal user, right from the Amex App. The person taking this role will be responsible for crafting and executing a robust operations and risk mitigation strategy, ensuring quality and reliability for Send & Split, and enabling the team’s development of new P2P features.
In this role you'll own customer feedback and alerting channels, lead issue resolution, and document critical procedures to share best practices with cross-functional teams. The Associate Product Manager, along with other members of the team, will represent the product with internal and external audiences.
Primary responsibilities:
We are seeking a candidate with a passion for operational excellence, a clear focus on the customer and compliance, strong communication skills, and the ability to provide clarity and direction across teams.
Key qualifications are:
Salary Range: $60,000.00 to $110,000.00 annually + bonus + benefits
