Job summary

LP Analyst is seeking a highly motivated Associate Product Manager to join our Client Strategic Development team. You will support analytics products used by clients, including reporting, requirements definition, and ongoing development of client-facing offerings.

You will collaborate with client services, data, and development teams to deliver solutions tailored to reporting and analytics needs. You will work with Power BI, Power Platform, SQL, and Microsoft Fabric, prioritizing product

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a business, information systems, CS, or finance field.
1–4 years in product management, business analysis, or analytics in tech or data-driven settings.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to structure ambiguous problems.
Excellent written and verbal communication, able to explain technical info to non-technical stakeholders.
Experience working with external clients or stakeholders across cross-functional teams.
Self-motivated, quick learner, able to meet deadlines and assume additional responsibilities.
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to write basic SQL queries to validate data and support testing.
Familiarity with Power BI or similar BI tools, Excel proficiency.
Experience with project/backlog tools: Azure DevOps, Jira, Asana.
Experience in financial services, private markets, or investment reporting preferred.
Hands-on experience with Power BI, DAX, Power Apps, or Power Automate is a plus.

Responsibilities

Support and maintain client-facing analytics products, including Power BI reporting.
Manage intake, triage, and resolution of client-reported issues and enhancements.
Collaborate with client services to address questions about product functionality, data, and reporting.
Identify recurring issues and propose product-level solutions to reduce manual workarounds.
Gather and document business requirements from client services and stakeholders, translating into prioritized work.
Coordinate with data engineering and software development teams to deliver client requests.
Support new client implementations and validate work against requirements using SQL, Excel, and Power BI.
Identify opportunities to generalize client-specific solutions into repeatable offerings.
Assist in evaluating, packaging, and positioning new product offerings.
Research and evaluate new functionality for client BI and analytics platforms.
Coordinate change management activities with the client services team, including notifications and rollout communications.
Track timelines and priorities across concurrent initiatives and provide status updates.
Maintain technical and process documentation for client products.
Explore AI-enabled tools to improve efficiency and turnaround time.
