Job summary

LP Analyst is seeking a highly motivated Associate Product Manager to join the Client Strategic Development team. You will support analytics products used by clients, define requirements, and help develop and commercialize client-facing offerings.

You will collaborate with client services and internal teams to deliver solutions. Experience with Power BI, Power Platform, SQL, and Microsoft Fabric is valuable, with emphasis on product thinking, problem solving, and rapid learning of new tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent in business, information systems, or related field.
• 1–4 years of experience in product management, business analysis, client solutions, consulting, or analytics in a tech or data-driven org.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills with ability to structure ambiguous problems.
• Exceptional communication skills, written and verbal.
• Experience with external clients or stakeholders.
• Self-motivated with ability to learn tools quickly.
• Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Support and maintain client-facing analytics products in production, including Power BI reporting and data delivery.
• Manage intake and prioritize client-reported issues and requests.
• Collaborate with client services to respond to questions about product functionality and data.
• Identify recurring issues and propose product-level solutions.
• Translate client requirements into scoped, prioritized work.
• Coordinate with data engineering and software teams to deliver requests.
• Support onboarding of new client implementations.
• Validate delivered work using SQL, Excel, and Power BI.
• Generalize client-specific solutions into repeatable offerings.
• Evaluate and position new product offerings.
• Research new functionality for client-facing BI platforms.
• Coordinate change management with client services, including rollout communications.
