Relay, a Raleigh-based tech startup, is hiring an Associate Product Manager to define and deliver products for frontline workers. You will bridge engineering and business by translating customer needs into well-framed problems for engineering to solve, with meaningful ownership from day one.

You’ll leverage AI and automation to push product boundaries, and this role is based full time in Raleigh, NC. You’ll collaborate with engineering and cross-functional teams to ship features that delight

Qualifications

• 0–3 years of experience in Product Management, preferably in enterprise software or SaaS.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Strong blend of business and technical acumen.
• Curiosity about emerging technologies, especially AI and automation.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to adapt in a high-growth startup.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive the roadmap for your product area in collaboration with Engineering to deliver high-impact features.
• Write detailed user stories for new features and enhancements.
• Participate in sprint planning and stand-ups to maintain momentum.
• Develop deep understanding of users through interviews and data analysis.
• Document, analyze, and prioritize feedback from discovery activities.
• Represent the voice of the customer in planning and reviews to align business and user goals.
• Create release notes, training materials, and alignment sessions for GTM and customer-facing teams.
