Position Objectives

The Associate Product Manager will focus on business solutions to increase the pneumococcal & pediatric/adult vaccine market opportunities. He/She is expected to transfer product strategy, objectives into value creation through a strong understanding of the consumer’s needs. He or She is mainly responsible for coordinating the cross-functional colleagues to rapidly penetrate the market by developing strategies & innovative solutions to increase the vaccination rate and market share via leveraging data, analytics, digital, agile ways of working. This position will collaborate and work closely with the senior product manager for the market strategy building and coordinate the business solution development including cross-functional colleagues and relevant regional colleagues.

Key Responsibilities

  • Exploration of the business solution to drive the private market penetration, and support CFT to engage scientific leaders and NIP strategies.
  • Collect, validate, and manage creative assets and engage with external stakeholders to obtain market intelligence.
  • Collaboration with regional stakeholders, and local CFT for the private market strategies.
  • Manage annual A&P and ensure expense accuracy and project effectiveness which align with the key opportunity spaces.
  • Establish KPIs of each tactical plan and set the tracking system.
  • In-time project management and partnership development.
  • Work with IT/data scientists to convert complex data and findings into understandable insights and implications for business.

Qualifications & Experience

Education

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Marketing planning/Communication and analytical skills.

Key requirements:

  • 1-3 years of experience in marketing or similar roles.
  • Experience in establishing business solutions and innovative solution frameworks.
  • Experience in healthcare private market and financial solution development.
  • Ability to connect quickly with product strategy.
  • Maintains thorough knowledge of customers’ needs and systems affecting them.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate with internal cross-functional colleagues and external experts.
  • Strong analytical thinking and ability to perform good data analysis and use various forms of data.
  • Proven record of delivering tangible business value.
  • Experienced in Vaccine or self-pay product business.
