Job summary

SL Skai Lama is seeking an Associate Product Manager to own day-to-day iteration of flagship apps Easy Bundles and Kite, driving activation, conversion, and retention with AI-powered research and rapid prototyping.

You will write clear specs, collaborate with design and engineering, define success metrics, talk to merchants to uncover problems, and ruthlessly prioritize work to grow a product line toward a Senior PM.

Responsibilities

• Own the iteration roadmap for Easy Bundles and Kite.
• Write clear specs/PRDs and work with design/engineering to ship with quality and velocity.
• Define metrics and evaluate whether changes moved the intended needle (Mantle, GA4, app analytics).
• Talk to merchants and mine signals to find problems worth solving.
• Utilize AI tools for research, prototyping, spec drafting, and data analysis.
• Prioritize ruthlessly around activation, conversion, and retention.
• Document decisions, experiments, and learnings for future reuse.

The Role

• You'll own day-to-day iteration of flagship apps (Easy Bundles and Kite) and ship improvements that move activation, conversion, and retention metrics.

• This is a hands-on builder PM role at a bootstrapped, profitable company transitioning to an AI-native organization; heavy use of AI tools is expected.

• High agency, strong product judgement, and the ability to work closely with design and engineering are core to the role. Career path leads toward owning a full product line and growing into a Senior PM.

What you'll do

• Own the iteration roadmap for Easy Bundles and Kite - from merchant insight and data to shipped improvements.

• Write clear, tight specs/PRDs and work closely with design and engineering to ship with quality and velocity.

• Define the metric a change should move (Mantle, GA4, app analytics) and honestly evaluate whether it did.

• Talk to merchants and mine support/review signals to find the problems worth solving.

• Use AI tools heavily for research, prototyping, spec drafting, and data analysis.

• Prioritise ruthlessly around activation, conversion, and retention.

• Document decisions, experiments, and learnings so they compound.
