About the Role: The Associate Product Manager – New Grad position is designed to develop undergraduates into product leaders. APMs at Clipboard Health are expected to own and lead important projects from day one, focusing on solving big problems through innovative, first-principles thinking. They work closely with the executive team and are encouraged to be curious, dive deep into our business, users, and products.

In your first 30 days, you will:

1. Engage with customers to understand their problems and identify issues.
2. Ramp up on the business, product, and processes.
3. Design and conduct marketplace experiments to validate hypotheses.
4. Document your work through weekly write-ups.

In your first 90 days, you will:

1. Own a significant problem independently.
2. Develop and refine a plan to address it.
3. Share and adjust your plan based on stakeholder feedback.
4. Execute the plan and report results to leadership.

You should be comfortable with writing, data analysis, customer communication, and tackling challenging problems. The role requires a high level of curiosity, judgment, and the ability to work independently on complex issues.
