Summary of This Role

This role provides direction to product development and oversees the overall process of the product and services function. It involves building products and services from existing ideas and developing new ideas based on industry experience and customer contact. The goal is to increase profitability of existing products and services and develop new solutions that align with business objectives and client needs. Building strong relationships with marketing, sales, support staff, product development, vendors, senior management, and key customers is essential.

What Part Will You Play?
  • Manage product launch strategies according to the project playbook and primary measures.
  • Serve as an active member of assigned Product Release Teams.
  • Understand the scope and operational and systems requirements of cross-functional teams for launches.
  • Collaborate with operations leadership to identify project requirements.
  • Recommend strategies, processes, and solutions for operational impacts.
  • Create operational process and workflow documentation.
  • Work with sales leadership to develop or facilitate materials for sales readiness.
What Are We Looking For in This Role?
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Relevant experience or degree in Business or Computer Science; a combination of relevant training and/or experience can be considered in lieu of a degree.
  • Typically a minimum of 2 years relevant experience.
  • Experience in similar business product services and/or external customer/market experience.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in a software development environment or in a professional services role. A software or IT background (degree or experience) is preferred.
  • Experience with software development, testing, and/or business analysis is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Agile software products and delivery methodology is preferred.

This position offers a salary range of $65,000 to $85,000. The actual salary will depend on location, experience, and other relevant factors.

This position is eligible for remote work anywhere in the USA.
