About the Position

We are seeking a motivated Associate Product Manager to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for recent undergraduates looking to kick-start their career in product management. As an Associate Product Manager, you will work closely with senior product managers to support initiatives aimed at enhancing our product offerings. Your role will involve market research, understanding customer needs, and translating them into actionable product requirements.

Essential Job Functions
  • Conduct comprehensive market research to identify market trends, customer pain points, and competitor offerings in the logistics industry.
  • Collaborate with senior product managers in conducting market research and analysis to identify new opportunities and trends.
  • Support the development and execution of product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with company goals and customer needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, and operations to drive product development and launch activities.
  • Gather and analyze customer feedback and data to inform product decisions and enhancements.
  • Prepare and present reports and updates to stakeholders on project status, key metrics, and performance.
  • Coordinate product launches, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met.
  • Analyze market data, customer feedback, user-journey and industry insights to identify new product opportunities and make data-driven decisions.
  • Pitch product solutions to internal stakeholders for tech roadmap prioritization.
  • Work closely with engineering and design teams to translate product requirements into well-defined specifications and user stories.
  • Monitor key product performance metrics, customer satisfaction, and market adoption to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
  • Continuously gather customer feedback, market insights, and industry trends to refine and enhance logistics products.
Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather and interpret data from various sources.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams.
  • Detail-oriented with a passion for problem solving and continuous improvement.
  • Curiosity to learn and become an expert on a complex product.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Prior internship experience in product management, marketing, or related fields is a plus.
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management tools is advantageous.
