Job Duties:
The product is Intapp Time, an enterprise solution that allows users to record and submit complete accounts of the time spent on each business engagement, including, adhering to client requirements, and minimizing missed and under-recorded effort. Specifically, this position works on Time Web (Releasing in August), Time Cloud, Time 7.2 (On-Prem), and Time 6.5 (On-Prem).
The Associate Product Manager drives the design and is involved in its development, which includes:
• Being responsible for product design specification, definition and implementation of key product components.
• Involved with all phases of the product development lifecycle: planning, design, development, deployment, and maintenance.
• Manages and reviews product behavior and design changes.
• Leads product focused training for the sales, marketing and customer support teams.
• Assists in product support escalations and coordinate engineering and other product expert involvement.
The Associate Product Manager uses the following business processes on a daily basis:
a. Involved in all aspects of Intapp Time's product development lifecycle including planning, user validation, product design, feature development, release deployment, infrastructure
maintenance, bug fixes, and product or deprecation.
b. Working with developers and engineering management to implement features in an Agile development process.
c. Planning, refining, prioritizing, and maintaining a backlog of product enhancements and features to be implemented with the internal Engineering team.
d. Managing and reviewing product usage metrics, user behavior flows, and design-informed changes.
e. Assisting with product support escalations, coordinating engineering or solution expert involvement, and engaging in customer communication related to bug fixes and urgent software
patches.
f. Producing product documentation, and contributing to the internal and client facing product knowledge base.
g. Coordinating go-to-market activities.
• Drive product design specification, definition and implementation of key product components with a keen understanding of user interface design and development.
• Be involved with all aspects of the product development lifecycle: planning, design, development, deployment, and maintenance.
• Plan, refine, and maintain a backlog of items obtained through regularly scheduled feedback, to be implemented with the internal Engineering team
• Manage and review product behavior and design changes.
• Lead product focused training for the sales, marketing and customer support teams.
• Assist in product support escalations and coordinate engineering and other product expert involvement.
• Provide product expertise in competitive sales cycles, marketing events, and other outbound activities as required
• Contribute to the internal and client facing product knowledgebase

Minimum Requirements: A Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Management, Mathematics, Statistics, Information Technology, or related subject area (or foreign equivalent).
Special Requirements: Academic training, knowledge or experience must include the following skills:
• Product and project management tools (Aha, JIRA, Asana)
• Design tools such as FIGMA
• Familiarity with code reading in SQL, JSON, and XML.
The wage range for this position is $121,701 to $130,000. Background check required.
