Job summary

WB Games Boston, a Warner Bros. Games studio, is seeking an Associate Producer to support top-grossing mobile titles such as Game of Thrones: Conquest. You will collaborate with producers and cross-functional teams to ensure on-time delivery and maintain high-quality standards.

This role requires 1–2 years in a similar production role, strong organization, and proficiency with JIRA. You will help document tasks, track progress, and communicate risks while thriving in a fast-paced, collaborative

Qualifications

• 1-2 years working as an Associate Producer or Production Coordinator in videogames or related industry.
• Experience working with JIRA or similar task-tracking tools.
• Understanding of the product development cycle, processes and workflows.
• Strong project and time management skills with ability to prioritize, solve problems, juggle tasks and meet deadlines.
• Willingness to learn current systems and collaborate with the team.
• Familiarity with Scrum, Agile, Waterfall, or related methodologies.
• Ability to work under tight schedules in a high-stress environment.
• Excellent written, oral, and email communication skills.
• Enthusiastic, positive, and team-oriented attitude.
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate communication and coordination of key tasks for the development team.
• Track development process to ensure projects are delivered on-time and meet studio quality standards.
• Take clear and concise meeting notes to be distributed to the development team.
• Follow up on action items from meetings and clearly communicate status updates.
• Identify and communicate project risks to stakeholders and development team.
• Coordinate preparation and maintenance of documentation.
• Write clearly defined tasks for project and live-ops initiatives.
