Pay Rate – $43.33 Per Hour (W2 Only)

Job Description

The Associate Project Manager (APM) is a member of a games licensing team, supporting the review and approval process for games developed by licensed partners. This role partners with internal divisions (including franchise and IP stakeholders) and external cross‑functional teams to support development of high‑quality, brand‑aligned games across multiple platforms.

A key focus will be supporting partners operating live mobile free‑to‑play games. These titles span platforms including Mobile (iOS, Android, Windows), Console (PlayStation, Xbox, Switch), PC/Mac, and AR/VR.

The ideal candidate has a passion for gaming and experience in game development, project management, and/or partner management, with strong communication, organization, and problem‑solving skills.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to oversee licensed games from concept through launch and live operations
  • Support senior/licensed producers on higher‑complexity titles; independently manage lower‑complexity projects as the main point of contact
  • Provide oversight across a portfolio of live games
  • Build and maintain relationships with internal teams (creative, production, marketing) and external partners
  • Ensure timely feedback cycles across design, art, and development submissions
  • Coordinate asset acquisition and brand approval processes
  • Analyze and communicate key KPIs through recurring reports
  • Maintain workflow documentation and drive cross‑functional collaboration
  • Assist with planning materials such as calendars, alignment documentation, and strategic roadmaps for live operations
  • Conduct competitive research and playtest assigned games to provide insights on trends, gameplay, and monetization
  • Develop deep familiarity with portfolio brands and assigned products
