Job summary

Warner Bros. Discovery is hiring an Associate Producer for its Washington DC Bureau. The role supports production staff by editing clip-based content for VOD, creating daily news videos or evergreen content, and upholding editorial standards.

You’ll work with producers to shape story treatments, manage assets, and contribute to pre-production, production, and post-production workflows while meeting deadlines and adapting to platform needs.

Qualifications

• Typically 1–3+ years in a digital newsroom.
• Bachelor’s degree in journalism, technical production, or related field.
• Strong editorial judgment and ability to tell stories visually.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day production operations and editorial prep.
• Assist in pre-, production, and post-production tasks for stories.
• Ensure content aligns with editorial standards and platform needs.
