Job summary

Fox News Media in Washington, DC is seeking an Associate Producer with strong news judgment to write scripts, produce content, and help shape daily coverage.

You will work closely with anchors and producers in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and contribute to national and international news coverage.

Bachelor’s degree preferred; experience in television news production; familiarity with iNews, Dalet, and VIZ is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent experience.
• Experience in television news production.
• Strong editorial judgment with a solid understanding of national and international news and politics.
• A self-starter who works well independently and collaboratively.
• Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment, manage multiple priorities, and adapt quickly during breaking news.
• Familiarity with iNews, Dalet, and VIZ preferred.

Responsibilities

• Pitch, develop, and produce original story ideas
• Monitor live events and breaking news, identifying key developments and communicating updates to the team
• Perform research, find, cut, and produce elements, and write scripts as needed
• Coordinate daily story development with show team
