The Probate Associate Judge handles assigned cases from initiation to completion, presides over hearings, conducts legal research, and issues orders for Beaufort County. Duties also include: supervising assign staff, drafting Court policies, and preparing administrative reports.
Requires a Juris Doctor degree; two (2) years of related work experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Admission to the practice of law in South Carolina.
