Job summary

Jackson and Coker Campus is seeking an Associate Privileging Coordinator to support client credentialing and privileging needs prior to assignment start. You will partner with internal teams, facilities, and stakeholders to ensure a smooth onboarding process and timely credentialing.

The role emphasizes strong customer service, organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy in documentation and communications.

Responsibilities

• Develops and implements the Company’s Customer Care strategies, working with all specialty teams in the company.
• Communicates with accounts via phone calls and e-mails regarding relevant concerns and necessary documentation.
• Processes privileges as assigned.
• Credentials according to the client's business model.
• Supports the booking process, sometimes from behind the scenes, ensuring timely and accurate privileging file progression.
• Develops technical expertise in privileging requirements, documentation, and compliance standards.
• Executes assigned tasks with a focus on quality, turnaround time, and accuracy.
• Partners with Coordinators to keep bookings moving forward efficiently.
• Begins to understand client expectations and downstream impacts on bookings.
