What you will bring to the firm:

What you will do:

  • Manage an assigned book of clients and look for opportunities to grow their relationship with the firm.
  • Answer questions and deliver advice for clients on their existing products.
  • Participate in meetings with existing and prospective clients. Learn about their goals, challenges, and aspirations and build financial plans to show them what’s possible.
  • Analyze potential planning strategies, develop, and deliver recommendations to existing and prospective clients.
  • Represent the firm as an expert in investments and insurance planning.
  • Expand our impact by asking for referrals to future clients of the firm.

What you have:

  • Exceptional relationship building skills and a commitment to client service.

  • Ability to apply critical thinking and problem solve.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Highly adaptable and able to manage the change required of a fast-growing firm.
  • Previous experience with retail investments.
  • Series 7 and 63/65/66 licenses, as well as California Life & Health insurance license (preferable).
  • 2+ years of experience delivering comprehensive financial advice to clients.

Compensation Range

  • Base Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 depending on experience.
  • Bonus: $5,000 - $20,000 based on firm and individual performance.
  • Total Cash Compensation Range: $85,000 - $120,000
  • Exceptional performers have an opportunity to advance to Luminate’s Private Wealth Advisor role.
