Job summary

The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of credit underwriting and can demonstrate an ability to balance detail with broader issues, in both written and oral communication. The primary responsibilities include conducting industry research and reviewing diligence, preparing transaction memos and underwriting reports, developing financial models, assisting in deal closings, and managing a portfolio of accounts. Associate candidates are able to draw thoughtful and relevant conclusions based on their analysis of new transactions and portfolio accounts and can effectively communicate their findings both internally and externally. An Associate candidate should have a working knowledge of the practical application of the senior loan documents.
