Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in AEC or related professional services.
• Proven ability to deliver accurate, well‑coordinated designs.
• Strong understanding of project delivery workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead small- to mid-scale, multi-discipline projects with growing independence.
• Guide projects from programming through closeout.
• Mentor Designers and engineers through hands‑on guidance.
