The successful candidate will drive work-winning activities, client engagement, and delivery of technically complex multidisciplinary projects, with visibility alongside senior leadership for long-term regional growth initiatives.

Qualifications

• Established client relationships and market presence in NY/NJ region.
• Strong experience in building engineering consulting environments.
• Sector experience may include Hospitality, Residential, mixed-use, cultural/civic projects, higher education and science facilities.

Responsibilities

• Support business development and strategic growth initiatives across the New York market.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Lead or contribute to proposals, presentations, interviews, and bid submissions.
• Represent the business at industry networking events and conferences.
• Collaborate across multidisciplinary engineering teams on complex projects.
• Mentor and support junior engineering staff.
• Contribute to commercial strategy, risk management, and project performance oversight.
