Job summary

Nagarro is seeking a Finance Functional Solution Architect to provide global functional leadership for Infor M3 across record-to-report and statutory reporting in a multinational environment.

You will translate business priorities into scalable, supported solutions, maintain the global M3 template, and guide regional teams through discovery, fit-gap sessions, and implementation. Strong communication with finance, technical, and leadership audiences is essential.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience with Infor M3 Finance or a comparable ERP finance platform.
• Strong knowledge of core accounting, period close, payables/receivables, tax, and statutory requirements.
• Experience leading solution design, fit-gap analysis, and functional specs.
• Ability to balance global standards with regional legal requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end solution design for Finance capabilities and related cross-functional processes.
• Own functional architecture, configuration standards, and alignment to the global M3 template.
• Facilitate discovery and fit-gap sessions with business stakeholders and regional teams.
• Translate approved requirements into functional designs, specifications, test scenarios, and implementation guidance.
• Recommend configuration, process change, integration, or extension approaches based on business value and long-term supportability.
• Partner with Product Management, Technical Architecture, Integrations, Development, Testing, and Support teams.
• Provide expert guidance for complex incidents, root-cause analysis, releases, and production transitions.
• Coach analysts and strengthen consistent functional practices across regions.

The Finance Functional Solution Architect provides global functional leadership for Infor M3 across record-to-report, accounts payable, accounts receivable, tax, treasury interfaces, and statutory reporting.

This role translates business priorities into scalable, supportable solutions while protecting the global template and reducing unnecessary customization.

What You Will Do

• Lead end-to-end solution design for Finance capabilities and related cross-functional processes.
• Own functional architecture, configuration standards, and alignment to the global M3 template.
• Facilitate discovery and fit-gap sessions with business stakeholders and regional teams.
• Translate approved requirements into functional designs, specifications, test scenarios, and implementation guidance.

• Demonstrated experience leading solution design, fit-gap analysis, configuration decisions, and functional specifications.
• Ability to balance global standards with legal, statutory, and justified regional requirements.
• Ability to communicate complex ERP concepts clearly to finance, technical, and leadership audiences.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting a global or multi-region Infor M3 environment.
• Experience with ERP governance, design authority, global templates, and controlled regional variation.
• Understanding of integrations, data dependencies, testing, release management, and production support.
• Strong facilitation, documentation, stakeholder-management, and decision-making
