Job summary

LTIMindtree is seeking a Senior Gen AI Developer onshore in the United States to drive enterprise AI initiatives in Greensboro/NC region. You will design and implement Gen AI solutions using Python, Copilot, and Azure OpenAI services, building scalable RAG-based architectures.

You will lead development, mentor teams, and collaborate with stakeholders to define AI use cases while ensuring governance and security across enterprise apps and data sources.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science or related field.
• Strong client-facing and communication skills.
• Experience delivering enterprise-scale AI solutions.

Responsibilities

Variable Compensation: This position includes a bonus or variable payout component based on individual and organizational performance. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, performance and internal equity.
