This role will have the option to be in a Work From Near (Hybrid) capacity based out of one of our US offices OR in a Work From Anywhere (Remote) capacity with travel to clients and WillowTree offices expected.
Focused on our Data and AI vertical, the Associate Principal, Business Development role in the Data & AI practice is responsible for leading relationships with key strategic accounts and for cultivating relationships with key prospective accounts. This role will also drive the strategic direction of the Data & AI practice by supporting Go-To-Market activities through the development of service and commercial strategies. The Associate Principal will ensure that all aspects of account work, from strategic development to execution, are exceeding client expectations.
WillowTree’s Business Development team encompasses a range of skilled professionals that drive innovation and growth on the front lines of client engagement. As a team, we rally around three distinct areas in the client journey map: Prospecting, Pursuit, and Expansion.
This role is a trusted advisor and an analytics, data and AI subject matter expert. You will help customers best leverage data to achieve their business objectives while also guiding the customer’s journey and technical solutioning. You will help customers evaluate their applications and business requirements, recommend technical solutions that meet their requirements, and demonstrate these solutions to win the customer’s business and technical partnership.

Annual Performance Bonus
This position is eligible for an annual performance bonus based on personal, division/business unit, and company performance. The range displayed is only the annual base salary. To maintain equity across the business, annual performance bonus targets are determined by job level, not individual circumstances.
Individual base salaries are based on various factors unique to each candidate, including skill set, experience, qualifications, and other job-related reasons determined during the interview process. Salary bands are periodically reviewed and updated based on market changes, internal needs, and industry trends. To maintain pay equity for team members, TELUS Digital conducts regular compensation audits.
Annual Base Salary Range (Performance Bonus Eligible)
$200,000 - $230,000 USD
