Job summary

Corebridge Financial seeks an Associate for the CIO team to support investment analysis and portfolio management across insurance lines. You will manipulate large data sets, reconcile sources, and collaborate with asset management, operations, finance, treasury, actuarial, and accounting teams under tight deadlines.

The role requires strong quantitative skills, experience with Fixed Income reporting, and proficiency in Excel/PowerPoint.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of industry experience.
• CFA, or working toward preferred.
• Experience in fixed income asset management and investment reporting.

Responsibilities

• Asset tracking and investment/data reporting across internal and external asset managers.
• Pipeline consolidation across asset managers and tracking.
• Assist with the design and implementation of process improvements and automation opportunities to various workstreams.
• Portfolio management with respect to guidelines and compliance.
• Tracking and summarizing asset allocation activity.
• Working with reporting team to ensure all investment activity reports are accurately updated.
• Assisting in portfolio construction for potential new IM transactions.
• Tracking execution of transactions vs. portfolios approved at pricing committees.
• Respond to ad-hoc management requests for investment and portfolio related information and analysis.
• Participate in special projects, such as yield enhancement, ALM optimization and asset substitutions.
